Individual therapy

Anxiety, depression, self-worth, life changes, and relationship difficulties can affect many parts of your life. Individual therapy gives us time to understand your concerns in context and decide together what to focus on.

We can explore what is happening now, what you have already tried, and how earlier experiences may influence the way you relate to yourself and others.

Individual sessions: $165.

How individual and online therapy work

Couples therapy

Repeated arguments, emotional distance, and questions about trust can make it difficult to hear one another. We can look closely at the cycle between you, including how each of you responds when you feel hurt or disconnected.

The consultation is a place to ask questions and discuss whether online couples therapy is appropriate for your situation.

Couples sessions: $225.

Group therapy

A virtual interpersonal process group for adults who want to understand their relational patterns in real time and practice being more present with themselves and others.
